AIM - The aim of the study was to evaluate efficacy Individualized Homoeopathic medicines in treatment dorsal wrist ganglion. OBJECTIVES- Through four evidence-based cases treated with individualized homoeopathic medicines. BACKGROUND- Ganglions are a small cystic tumor containing viscid fluid and non- malignant growths that usually forms near joints tendons hand wrist. They harmless cancerous growth, mostly asymptomatic. Pain, tenderness, annoyance cosmetic appearance associated some cases. Though literature enlists many for ganglion, there is paucity evidence based published studies. MATERIALS AND METHODS- patients presented complaints firm hard swelling at dorsum hand. After meticulous case taking, analysis evaluation symptoms followed by Repertorization characteristics, similimum selected. A single, simple medicine minimum dose administered each placebo. During entire period RESULT- Four were Phosphorus 200, Calcarea carbonica 1M, 1M Sulphur 200 respectively. Single as per cardinal principles homoeopathy waited 3 months. Striking improvement symptomatology noted after course treatment. CONCLUSIONS- selected on basis strict individualization showed promising result all Patients reported reduction well general being following Further studies sound methodology suggested larger spectrum
